Bleating Heart Night Application

What's louder than a tribe of bleating goats? Our tasting room on a Tuesday night! Every Tuesday from 5-9pm, Goat Patch Brewing Company gives $1 from every pint sold to a local non-profit. Interested in being featured? Fill out the application below.
We wish we could partner with every organization in town but we specifically partner with those who reflect our values of Balance, Community and Adventure. If your application is accepted, you will be contacted by a GPB representative to schedule.
By submitting this application you agree to the following terms:
That you are a recognized representative of the aforementioned non-profit and that all information provided above is accurate.
That you will have at least one agency representative present at GPB on the night you will be featured. This representative will be available to display information on your agency as well as to answer any questions that patrons may have. (Table provided by GPB upon request)
That you will accept $1 for every glass of beer that is purchased in our tasting room from 5pm until 9pm on the evening you are featured. For example, if we sell 50 glasses of beer, you will receive a check from GPB in the amount of $50. This check will be written no more than one week after the event.
That you will submit a receipt to Goat Patch Brewing Company including your non-profit tax ID and amount donated within one week of receiving the donation.
That your organization will partner with GPB in advertising this event (i.e. share on your agency's social media outlets, accept co-host invitation from our FaceBook event, and include this event in your newsletters, if applicable).
